Reggae Land is coming back in 2025, ready to welcome around 100,000 people to the UK’s biggest reggae festival and one of the biggest in Europe. Known for putting together lineups that really capture the heart of reggae, the festival brings together a mix of well-known artists and fresh talent, all celebrating the music and culture.
Do you know what my first feeling was when I saw the lineup for Reggae Land 2025?
I immediately thought back to the last time I saw many of these artists at a festival in Spain back in 2013. And honestly, these artists are incredible. I’m sure you all know that already, but yeah, growing up I listened to Protoje, Spragga Benz, Christopher Martin. There are so many Christopher Martin songs I love, like Paper Loving, Cheaters Prayer, and Mama.
Funny story about Cheaters Prayer: I have a little sister, and years ago I made her a personal CD yes, back when we still used CDs! I put that song alongside tunes by Vybz Kartel, Popcaan, Gyptian, and a few others. At the time, I didn’t really realize what Cheaters Prayer was about, but my sister loved it so much that she’d walk around the house singing it, completely unaware of the song’s meaning. That still makes me laugh today.
Anyway, I digress. This festival is going to be amazing. If you’re around when it happens, you’ve got to come down. We’ll definitely be there, meeting people, talking music, and spreading the love.
This year’s lineup includes Chronixx, Capleton, Protoje, YG Marley, Gyptian, Kabaka Pyramid, Steel Pulse, Etana, Morgan Heritage, Spragga Benz, Everton Blender, Israel Vibration, Alpha Blondy, Christopher Martin, and many more.
Since 2023, the festival has been held at the National Bowl in Milton Keynes, where it’s found a great home to grow and bring people together through reggae.
