REGGAE ICON CAPLETON ANNOUNCES THREE DATE UK TOUR THIS SEPTEMBER + SPECIAL GUEST LUCIANO

Global reggae icon Capleton returns to the UK this September for three live dates, arriving ahead of his first full-length album in 16 years.

Tour Dates:

  • Bristol O2 Academy – 17 September

  • Birmingham O2 Academy – 19 September (+ Luciano)

  • London O2 Academy Brixton – 20 September (+ Luciano)


Heights of Fire drops 26 June through Evidence Music. The album features Damian Marley, Stephen Marley and Eesah, with production from Derrick Sound, Little Lion Sound, Mista Savona, Mixing Finga and L'Entourloop.


Capleton said: "The fire never cool. It only get wiser, stronger and more focused. This new album is a message to the world and a reminder that righteousness, justice and upliftment must always lead the way. The UK has always shown me love, and I'm ready to bring the full energy back to the people this summer."


Luciano added: "It is a joy and a blessing to join my brother Capleton on this UK tour. The mission has always been to uplift the people through word, sound and power, and I look forward to sharing that message of love and righteousness with the UK massive."


A little history, about Capleton



Born Clifton Bailey in St Mary, Jamaica, Capleton has been one of reggae and dancehall's most influential artists for over three decades. Rising to prominence in the early 1990s, he became the defining voice of the conscious dancehall movement with tracks like 'Jah Jah City', 'Tour', 'Who Dem', 'That Day Will Come' and 'Slew Dem'. His live shows are legendary—high-energy, transformative and deeply rooted in reggae culture. Known as the 'Fireman', Capleton remains one of reggae's most electrifying performers.


A little history about Luciano



Grammy-nominated singer Luciano, known as 'The Messenjah', has released over 40 albums and spent more than three decades uplifting audiences worldwide. His voice has been compared to Luciano Pavarotti for its depth and range. He's received Jamaica's Order of Distinction and made Rolling Stone's "200 Greatest Singers of All Time" list. His anthems include 'Sweep Over My Soul', 'It's Me Again Jah' and 'Lord Give Me Strength'.
