MOOVIN FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES HUGE PHASE ONE LINE-UP FOR 2026

A vibrant concert scene with a cheering crowd and raised arms, colorful stage lights, and a smoky atmosphere, creating an energetic mood.

Groove Armada, 2manydjs, Gilles Peterson, Dan Shake, Porij, Quantic, Nightmares On Wax, Chali 2na, Ozric Tentacles, Mungo’s HiFi, Danilo Plessow (Motor City Drum Ensemble) and Haçienda legends all join the bill with more to be announced!

Moovin Festival returns to Whitebottom Farm this summer on 12–14 June with a heavyweight, eclectic lineup that proves you don't need arena-sized capacity to deliver arena-sized moments. Tucked away in the lush greenery of Etherow Country Park in Stockport, the independent boutique festival continues to punch well above its weight. Two former Moovin headliners unite on the same bill as Groove Armada and 2manydjs return together to headline the Barn Stage, a converted cow barn that this year transforms into "the ultimate rave den." Alongside them, Gilles Peterson, Nightmares On Wax, Quantic, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Mr Scruff, Greg Wilson, Chali 2na with a full live band, Galliano, DRS, and Ozric Tentacles shape up what promises to be a seriously well-rounded celebration of music and culture.

Beyond the names, Moovin's real magic lies in discovery. The festival proudly champions emerging talent alongside established icons, creating those unexpected moments you stumble across between Barn sessions and the other four stages. At the bottom of a tree-lined valley sits this hay barn with a fat sound system, a freewheeling crowd, no VIP red ropes just music and good vibes. Set on a farm just 30 minutes from Manchester yet feeling worlds away, Moovin remains a lovingly independent, counter-culture gathering with cutting-edge sound systems, holistic healing, yoga, circus performers, and an intentionally limited capacity that keeps the atmosphere intimate and inclusive.
