Exploring Lounges in London: Hart Lounge

I remember the first time I went to Hart Lounge. Me and my friend were just looking for a nice spot in London somewhere we could get good shisha, good food, and a vibe. Simple as that. I went online, checked the reviews, and honestly? They looked too good to ignore. So we booked a table, got dressed up, and headed to Southgate.
When we got there, the first thing that hit us was how gorgeous the place looked. Floral ceilings, moody lighting, colourful seating every corner felt like it was made to be on someone’s Instagram. The music? On point. The staff? So welcoming, so on it, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel looked after.
It wasn’t just the setting though it’s the energy. I've got a friend, DJ Renz, who sometimes plays there on the weekends. And if you know Renz, you know he brings a serious vibe wherever he goes. If you ever see his name on the flyer, just know you’re in for a good night.

Now onto the food this place isn’t just a lounge, it’s a legit dining experience. The menu is packed with dishes that are made to be shared (although you might not want to). Think spicy edamame, shrimp tempura, dynamite cauliflower, sushi platters, sweet ‘n’ sour chicken, salmon teriyaki, ribeye steak the list goes on. And don’t get me started on the desserts. Oreo waffles. Nutella crepes. Just say less.

The drinks are a whole thing too. Signature cocktails that look like art, mocktails that actually taste good, and milkshakes that are pure indulgence Ferrero Rocher, Snickers, Maltesers? Dangerous.

Whether you’re planning a girls’ night, a date night, or just want somewhere with a good vibe and even better food Hart Lounge gets it right. I’ve been back since, and it just never misses.
